2009 was the first year we held our quilt retreat in a hotel. We moved to The Baymont Inn and Suites Convention Center in Belmont, Wisconsin. We will be hosting the retreat in the same location in 2010.
In 2009 we worked from Wendy Hill's book, Easy Bias-Covered Curves. Many were leery of the book - very different type of projects than previous years - but many loved it and the variety of quilts created using Wendy's technique.
